Information Regarding Golden Week Procedure

We will make a slight adjustment of our operational business days during the Golden Week period as follows.

During the holidays, ATM deposit and money transfer services from app will still be available as usual.
Please note that the money sent to the receiver on these days might be delayed depending on the operational business days of the designated receiving bank.
Also, please note that the procedure for opening a new account and changing of various information will be delayed by around one week.
