Due to holidays in year-end and new year, the following procedures will be delayed for approximately 2weeks longer than usual.
・Opening a new account
・Changing of various information

【Deposit to Sendy account and money transfer service】
During the holidays, ATM deposit and money transfer services from app will be still available as usual.
Please note that the arrival of money sent to the receiver on these days might be delayed depending on the operational business days of the designated receiving bank.
