Request to customers who have been using Sendy before December 2022

Thank you for always using Sendy.

Please provide your "relationship" information to the receivers that have been registered to Sendy before December 2022.

You can do it by following the method below:
(1) Log in to Sendy.
(2) Tap “Receiver” at the bottom right of the screen.
(3) Tap the registered receiver icon and tap "Edit" button in the top right corner.
(4) Select your relationship from "Relationship with receiver".
(5) Tap the “Save” button at the bottom of the screen to complete registration.

If the receiver’s relationship is not registered, or if there are matters to confirm regarding the remittance details towards the receiver, we may send you an email asking for further information.
In the case that you do not respond to our inquiry email, your remitance transaction may be suspended.
Therefore, please be sure to reply to our inquiry email.
